Located in Manchester, Concord, and Dover, NH, FIT has been committed to providing effective interventions specifically designed to help homeless individuals and families reach beyond the cycle of homelessness to lead healthy and successful lives.

SNHS can provide short-term financial assistance for those at imminent risk of losing their home as well as connecting homeless individuals with supportive housing.

The Bureau of Housing and Homelessness Services (a division of DHHS) provides an array of statewide services, which fall under the Homeless Prevention/Intervention Service spectrum. Together with the emergency shelter system, these programs act as a safety net for some of New Hampshire's most vulnerable citizens.

Serving Southern Grafton County, VAV is a crisis services agency located in Plymouth, NH providing support to victims and survivors of sexual and domestic violence and harassment, stalking, human trafficking and bullying.
