The Bureau of Housing and Homelessness Services (a division of DHHS) provides an array of statewide services, which fall under the Homeless Prevention/Intervention Service spectrum. Together with the emergency shelter system, these programs act as a safety net for some of New Hampshire's most vulnerable citizens.
