Corrections Policy
tbhshelter.org publishes informational and educational content about low-cost housing alternatives. We aim to keep this content accurate and useful, but errors can sometimes occur. This policy explains how you can notify us about potential factual inaccuracies or material omissions.
Submitting a Correction Request
If you believe something on the site is incorrect or incomplete, you can send a request to contact@tbhshelter.org. Please include the page title or URL, the specific statement you think is wrong, and what you believe the correct information should be. Providing supporting context or a source, if available, helps us assess the request.
What Happens After You Submit
We review correction requests and may update content when appropriate. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a change will be made, that the content will be removed, or that you will receive a reply within a specific timeframe. Each request is assessed on its merits.
Scope of Corrections
This policy covers factual corrections only. It does not cover comments about editorial style, opinions, or general feedback — though we welcome those through the same email address.
Third-Party Content
When we reference external brands, platforms, tools, services, or organisations, those third parties remain responsible for their own products, policies, availability, pricing, support, and terms. Correction requests about third-party information should normally be directed to the relevant entity.
